A water-based paste which becomes shiny and translucent when dry; use it to achieve a three-di-mensional effect. Apply an even layer to the surface to be decorated, then use a modeling tool or painting knife to achieve the desired structure. Perfectto use with stencils or in a tube to draw your own designs.
