Pentart 3D decor pen

Thick water-based paint in handy pen, perfect for drawing contours, dots and making half pearls. The transparent colors have a semi-precious stone effect, so they are excellent for glass decoration or jewelry making.
It can be used on all surfaces. When applying to fabric, after fixing with an iron (using cotton for 30 seconds) or after letting it dry for a week, we can wash the decorated fabric in the washing machine (on a gentle cycle). Let the decoration dry for 3 days on glass and porcelain surfaces and it is dishwasher safe.
