Water-based glue that can be used for candle decoration. The glue is suitable for the decoupage technique and for fixing Rub-on Pigment powders, microbeads, 3D powder and Pentart Colored Foils. It can also be used as a primer in other decorating techniques, e.g. before applying self-adhesive glue (Decor Glue tacky) for gluing metal foil, pigment powder or glitter to the candle.
